What Are our Financing Options?
A full spectrum of financing options is available to you here at Alto Capital. Some of our products include:
- Conventional Loans. Financing is available for multi-family properties, self-storage units, mobile home parks, and industrial properties.
- Commercial Mortgage-Backed Securities (CMBS) Loans. CMBS loans are offered for particular commercial situations. Funding is available up to $50,000,000.
- Equity and Mezzanine Loans. These options are available to high-net-worth investors for up to $100,000,000. Each loan is tailored to the client’s particular needs and situation.
- SBA Loans. We offer federally guaranteed SBA loans, including SBA 7 and 504 loans, with terms up to 25 years. They can be used for owner-occupied properties as well as flagged- and non-flagged hotels.
- FHA and HUD Financing. These federally supported financing options are designed for new construction, property rehabilitation, and commercial acquisition.
- Loans for Construction. If the principals have equity capital available and sufficient experience, we can provide construction financing of up to $100,000,000.
